Only following would be necessary as initial payment.
>Rent for full contract term
>Utility charge for contract term (21,000yen/mo.include gas, water, electric, and Hi-Speed internet)
>Cleaning fee when moving out(15,000yen+tax, one time payment)

Rent fee differs by the term prefer to stay as follows.
1- 3 months 63,000yen/mo.
3- 6 months 60,000yen/mo.
6-12 months 55,000yen/mo.

*No need for guarantor or to join in warranty company but needs to pay full amount of total cost before the contract begins.
We accept to separate the payment, please ask for more detail.

*Linen(Blanket, pillow and all those covers) charge shall be optional.
