Brokerage Fee : JPY 1,881,000
Onsen (hot spring) : Installable（Onsen Right fee／JPY 4,300,000）（Hot spring demarcation：Details are currently being investigated.）
Remarks : *Repair reserve funds are for the maintenance of facilities such as roads and water pipes. If you wish to use the hot springs, you must apply for a "hot spring water supply right." If hot water is available, a contract will be concluded after a special construction charge of 3.3 million yen and a security deposit of 1 million yen are paid. *Monthly hot spring basic fee: 19,800 yen/unit (basic fee allows use up to 5 days per month. Excess fee: 2,420 yen per day)
※Contract Stamp Fee and Brokerage Fee are subject to change depending on the actual sales price.
※Property tax for the year of sale will be allocated to Seller and Buyer based on the delivery date.
