○ ・We are looking for short-term rentals with furniture and appliances. Please leave everything to us, from the contract procedures to handing over the keys and follow-ups during your stay.

・After the contract is concluded, we will pay you 10% of the rent as an introduction fee. (Individual kickback possible)

○ [Furniture and appliances installed] TV, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, sofa (sofa bed), table, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 spare bedding (single)
[Equipment] Cooking utensils, tableware, bath towels, face towels, detergents, other consumables (toilet paper, tissues, etc.)
・The rent includes water, electricity, and internet fees.
・Rent: 3,500 yen/day (※The rent unit price will change if used for less than 30 days.) Management fee: 700 yen/day *Seasonal fee [July-August] 700 yen/day separately *New Year's holiday fee [12/25-1/5] 700 yen/day separately
・Furniture and appliance usage fees will be charged separately. (Furniture and appliance usage fee: 700 yen/day)

・For rooms with air conditioners, summer air conditioning fee will be charged from July to September, and winter heating fee will be charged from November to May. (Air conditioning fee: 700 yen/day)
